In general, if you require a miniature solution for short mission times the SkyTRX Mini Tracker SKY-MT4100 is the preferred unit. If you have longer mission requirements then the SkyTRX 3100 using the optional bare leads or cigarette lighter adaptor for power is the best system.

When choosing between the 3100-INT or the 3100-EXT the choice should be determined by antenna location requirements. The 3100-EXT is best for those that wish to optimize performance by placing the antenna in a more favorable position. The 3100-INT is best when a self contained unit including integrated antenna is needed.
