Mail Order

Orders may be placed by mail if you prefer. Simply add to cart the items you would like to purchase by selecting “Buy Now”. Once all items desired have been added to the shopping cart, print the summary page. Then proceed to the checkout page. Complete all fields with the exception of the ones asking for credit card information. Once completed, print the page. Please be sure to send the both summary and checkout form along with your MONEY ORDER or CASHIER CHECK to:
