Fails to Complete Download

When downloading data from the SkyTrx Mini Tracker, the unit stops or wont complete the download.

1 - Make sure you have a green power light on the unit. If no light is on please replace the batteries and download as you normally would.

2 - A recent Windows update may prevent you from completing the download of your data from the SkyTrx Mini Tracker. Should this be the case, please download and install this patch.
